These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Viger website and the booking of holiday accommodation and related services provided by Viger Ltd.
1. About Viger
Viger Ltd provides holiday rental and property management services. Viger Villa Ibiza is a private villa rental and is not a hotel or room-based accommodation business.
The villa is rented as a complete private property for the relevant booking period.
2. Reservation Requests
Submitting a reservation request through our website does not automatically guarantee a booking.
Our team will review the request and confirm availability. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will provide the applicable payment details and booking information.
3. Payment
Payment must be made according to the payment instructions provided by Viger Ltd.
The guest should use the requested booking reference or guest name as the payment reference so that the payment can be correctly identified.
Once payment has been verified, Viger Ltd will provide the applicable invoice and reservation confirmation.
4. Guest Information
Guests must provide accurate information when making a reservation.
The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is correct and that all guests comply with the applicable villa rules.
5. Villa Use
The villa is provided for private holiday use by the guests named or authorised in the reservation.
Guests must respect the property, its contents, neighbours, and applicable local regulations.
The villa may not be used for illegal activities or activities that could cause damage, excessive disturbance, or inconvenience to neighbours.
6. Additional Services
Additional services such as airport transfers, private chefs, car rental, concierge services, boat experiences, or other services may be available on request.
Additional services may have separate charges and are subject to availability and confirmation.
7. Check-In and Check-Out
Guests must follow the check-in and check-out times communicated by Viger Ltd.
Online check-in or guest information may be required before arrival.
8. Damage to the Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay, except for normal wear and tear.
Where applicable, Viger Ltd reserves the right to request reimbursement for reasonable repair or replacement costs.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms, applicable fees, and refund conditions will depend on the booking agreement and the terms communicated to the guest at the time of reservation.
Where a refund is approved, Viger Ltd may request the guest’s bank details, including an IBAN, to process the refund.
10. Liability
Viger Ltd will take reasonable steps to provide the services described and maintain the property appropriately.
However, Viger Ltd cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including certain transport disruptions, natural events, government restrictions, utility interruptions, or other force majeure events.
11. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date. Images and descriptions are provided to give guests an accurate representation of the property and services.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
13. Changes to These Terms
Viger Ltd may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version published on this website will be the current version applicable to future bookings.
